How do I post a simple jpeg image in the post bulletins section so that it will send out at intervals for me? Seems like it only supports text, but I want to use an image I've set up as a flyer. Thanks
Answer: We explained that bulletins can include HTML formatting, including the tags for images.
When I try to download new friends from a user Spyder only downloads a fraction of the total number of friends. for example if a user has 170,000 users it only downloads approximately 40,000 users? Why is this? Is there a limit how many users I can download in total, or from a user at one time?
Answer: We replied with a detailed explanation of why this happens. We also gave him several tips on how to work around the limitation.
I purchased the Spyder Pro application this morning and have since read the entire user guide online and toyed around with the software for a good part of the evening; I was able to execute friend adds with ease as well as leave comments, but completely unable to send messages. I am wondering if this is an interfacing issue w/ myspace, a software issue, or my own error.
Answer: After some A/B testing it was discovered that the user had included a link in their message that MySpace™ was blocking. We also helped them re-craft their message so it could be safely sent.
I've been using Spyder for a week now and have been sending the maximum number of friend requests per day. I seem to only be getting less than half of them accepting my friend requests, I think I should be able to do better than that.
Answer: After a quick explanation of how to sort profiles by last login this user had nearly a 100% acceptance rate of their friend requests.
